        This project provides a peaceful resting experience for international tourists while they gain a sense of Mexican history. The hostel is an escape from the hot climate. The design also celebrates Mexican art and craftsmanship that is influenced by ancient civilizations. It takes inspiration from a traditional, hacienda-style architecture which is original to Spain and Mexico. The amenity spaces are characterized by a central pool, archways, and a skylight that promotes openness and allows more natural light.
